Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Production Technician for a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine facility in Malvern, AR. You will operate and maintain plant systems, prioritize safety, and follow procedures to improve reliability and performance.

This role requires an associate degree in Industrial Electronics or related field or equivalent experience, 0–2 years in a CCGT environment, and completion of EEI POSS/MASS. Onsite work and strict adherence to safety rules are essential.

• Experience or training in control systems and instrumentation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-oriented culture within the team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and coordinate with agencies as needed.
• Participate in the multi-skill progression plan to develop maintenance and operation skills.
• Meet board operator qualification requirements upon progression.
• Lead or participate in job briefings and safety meetings.
• Ensure contractor safety orientations are completed as needed.
• Operate control boards, run rounds, and perform PM/PDM activities.
• Inspect, calibrate, install, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical equipment in a CCGT facility.
• Perform light mechanical work on systems and equipment.
