Join our Core Treasury Analytics team and play a pivotal role in designing and developing the Treasury DataMart. As a Finance & Business Management professional within the Finance and Consumer & Community Banking Operations team, you will lead the preparation of comprehensive business reviews, objectives and key results (OKRs), monthly updates, and ad‑hoc deliverables for senior members of the Finance and Consumer & Community Banking Operations Leadership team. You will support leadership by planning agendas and materials for monthly all‑day offsites, preparing summaries for internal and external engagements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all materials and metrics with appropriate supporting data. You will author clear, concise talking points and monthly communications for JPMorgan Chase & Co. senior leaders, providing insight into business performance and strategic initiatives, while managing follow‑up items to ensure proper sequencing and completion. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, Strategy, and Communications teams, as well as collaborate across business managers to execute strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes. You will regularly communicate with, influence, and support colleagues at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, while handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
