As Product Delivery Director in CCB Operations Technology at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead the strategic development and operational excellence of our Fulfillment & Archive Services platform. You will architect robust support frameworks, drive AI and LLM‑based innovation, and ensure seamless product delivery from inception to deployment. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and dynamic innovation, directly impacting the evolution of our document management ecosystem.
You will collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your role will be pivotal in mentoring a dedicated team, establishing strategic roadmaps, and driving operational reliability and performance across the product lifecycle.
