Accenture is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive CCaaS transformation strategy aligned with business goals. You will lead strategic initiatives, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive growth through innovative CCaaS offerings.

The role is highly client-facing and requires managing global delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations. You will collaborate with senior management, design migration plans, and deliver service-focused solutions

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technology transformation, with a focus on CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global Service technology solutions for CCaaS & client-facing platforms.
Develop relationships with senior management and identify follow-on project opportunities.
Manage platform migration and global rollout strategy and execution.
Collaborate with software and technology partners to design & deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery with an Agile approach, coordinating onshore and offshore resources.
Manage day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the lifecycle.
Translate high-level business requirements into epics and stories.
Lead experience-led teams in strategic vision and UI/UX development.
Interact with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope, and timeline.
Contribute to solution/program offering approaches and growth tools.
