The purpose of this role is to take point on designing finishing details to an enterprise solution implementing Amazon Connect as the primary CCaaS to replace an existing production environment. Leveraging the latest features in AI for voice and text, while integrating into modern CRM and Case Management tools for a more efficient, cohesive workflow between Marketing, Sales, and Operations of the business.
