To grow an organization that promotes and sustains a culture of exceptional outcomes for all students, the Community College of Aurora (CCA) Foundation seeks an experienced individual for the position of Development Manager. The Development Manager is responsible for leading the Foundation's fundraising efforts through the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and individual donors; managing a portfolio of donors and prospects; securing sponsorships for key fundraising events and campaigns; overseeing the President's 1983 Society; and identifying new philanthropic partnerships that advance the Foundation's mission. This position also leads the Development Committee, develops fundraising strategies in partnership with the Executive Director, analyzes fundraising performance and donor trends, and serves as a community ambassador to increase philanthropic support and awareness of the Foundation.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will share responsibility for advancing the vision and strategic direction of the CCA Foundation (CCAF) and ensuring the organization's fiscal health by driving philanthropic revenue, building meaningful donor relationships, expanding the Foundation's network of supporters, and achieving annual fundraising goals through strategic cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
The salary range for this position will be $62,000 - $78,000 before annual performance incentive bonus. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
The CCA Foundation team typically works from home 1-2 days per week depending on responsibilities.
