Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking caring, dedicated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County. We emphasize culturally responsive care and evidence-based practice.

Position starts part-time at 15–20 hours per week with a path to full-time, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelors degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a TB test.
• Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaker strongly needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Support ABA treatment programs by following protocols and reinforcing skill-building goals.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to support meaningful outcomes and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Compensation, Availability & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin
