Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role across Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup, WA. The position starts at $30.00 per hour for RBT work with additional BT tier at $26.00 per hour. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education.

• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and maintain therapy quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
