Job summary

A leading research institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is offering a full-time internship focused on instrumentation development for CBRNE testing. Recent or soon-to-graduate bachelor's or master’s degree candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include developing and upgrading instrumentation to support various testing measures. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, with a stipend of $5,500 to $6,700 per month and possible additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree earned within the last 60 months or expected by 1/1/2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and field new instrumentation for CBRNE testing.
• Measure pressure, temperature, force, and displacement.
