Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a CBRN Training and Equipment Coordinator (TEC) to support federal partners with advanced detection operations, equipment management, and logistics planning at multiple sites including Portland, OR.

The role requires traveling 50%+, working non-standard hours, and leveraging certifications in CBRN, NIMS/ICS, and security clearance to deliver training and after-action reports. LAUKOA offers comprehensive benefits and a flexible, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBRN detection operations and planning
• Ability to travel 50%+ annually
• Strong leadership and public speaking skills
• Experience with federal clients and national security programs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBRN detection operations with stakeholders and plan logistics
• Train personnel on equipment protocols and provide guidance
• Prepare situational and after-action reports as required
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and records across sites
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed
• Support surge deployments and NSSE missions
