Job summary

Noblis is hiring a CBRN Technical Analyst for a full-time onsite role at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). You will design and maintain systems to detect, prevent, and respond to CBRN threats, and collaborate with government agencies and responders to coordinate planning and response efforts.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience (or equivalent) and US citizenship with a Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience required, or equivalent
• Knowledge of chemical agent properties and detection methods
• Experience with analytical instrumentation (GC-MS, FTIR)
• Familiarity with chemical safety and PPE standards
• Background in modeling/simulation of chemical threats
• Knowledge of chemical weapons conventions and policies
• Programming for data analysis/visualization
• US Citizen with Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain systems to detect, prevent, and respond to CBRN threats
• Conduct risk assessments and identify CBRN hazards with mitigation strategies
• Develop protective measures including containment, filtration, PPE
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans for CBRN incidents
• Provide technical support during CBRN preparedness and recovery
• Collaborate with government agencies and responders for CBRN planning
• Evaluate, test, and recommend CBRN detection and decontamination tech
• Develop and deliver CBRN training programs
• Ensure compliance with CBRN regulations and safety requirements
• Support protection of personnel, infrastructure, and environment from CBRN hazards
• Analyze chemical agents and threat impacts
• Research on CWA, TICs, and emerging threats
• Evaluate medical countermeasures
• Test and assess detection/protection systems
• Develop analytical methods and characterization tools
• Infrastructure risk and vulnerability assessments
• Technical reporting and incident response support
