Job summary

ANSER in the National Capital Region seeks a CBRND International Program Analyst to support the Director for International Cooperation, advance CBDP priorities, and coordinate ITAR, FMS, and foreign disclosure across bilateral and multilateral engagements.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1–2 days remote. Requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of international engagement experience, and travel up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 10+ years of international engagement and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBRND international support in coordination with the ODASW(CBRND).
• Prepare presentations, briefings, readaheads, talking points, and facilitate development of action.
• Support ODASW(CBRND) government leads at interagency or international meetings.
• Provide SME on policy, cultural, and current affairs for CBDP partners.
• Assist with ITAR, FMS, and foreign disclosure issues.
• Serve as SME in international project management including ITAR, FMS, foreign disclosure.
• Propose and maintain an ND-CBD international engagement strategy with metrics.
• Maintain a coordinated calendar of ODASW(CBRND) activities and travel requests.
• Coordinate international agreements and related documents.
• Draft international agreements and foreign disclosure requests.
• Assist with travel budget development and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with CBDP components and partners for information sharing.
• Support executive and program officer meetings with CBDP partners.
• Develop and maintain agreements with international partners.
