Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. directs Forest Glen & Shepherds Inn - Assisted Living in Seymour, WI, seeking a CBRF RN Director to lead nursing services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance to deliver high-quality resident care with dignity and safety.

This leadership role partners with the Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator, coordinates admissions, staffing, and on-call coverage, and drives quality improvement, family communication, and occupancy goals in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in healthcare, human services, or community-based care required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work, Communication, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee resident care services and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor resident health and provide nursing assessments and case management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate admissions and assess potential resident care needs.
• Maintain staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Assist with resident care and support on the floor as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Develop and support marketing and occupancy goals.
• Monitor quality assurance indicators and report outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and professional development activities.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and positive environment for residents and staff.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.

Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 (Based on Experience)

Hours:

80 per two week pay period

Position Summary

The CBRF RN Director plans, directs, implements, and supervises services and personnel to ensure high-quality care for residents while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. This leadership role works closely with the Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator and other departments to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, support staff development, and achieve operational goals.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as needed
