Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team, providing clinical guidance in the Marlborough area. Salary: $78,000 - $80,000
Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team in the Marlborough area. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in providing therapeutic services to children and families in homes and in the community. Our CBHI team includes three services: In Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In Home Behavioral Services. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex family systems, and substance use.
This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote. You will be joining our energetic and knowledgeable Leadership Team, with many opportunities for collaboration and support. Our team of clinicians and paraprofessional staff is caring, creative, and dedicated.
