Eliot Community Human Services seeks an Assistant Team Leader for their Community Behavioral Health Center. This role involves managing staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring culturally competent care for individuals with mental health and substance use issues. These will be at the forefront of delivering treatment to underserved communities by removing barriers to services and by establishing meaningful and trusting relationships with each individual and family. Our CBHC services include team based care, rapid response and flexible services that will enable us to serve as an entry point for timely, person-centered, mental health and addiction treatment on an urgent and ongoing basis for adults, children and families.
The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for themanagement and supervision ofstaff in the development of interventions and clinical treatment plans to thoseimpacted by mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders in the community. Integratingall elements CBHC , you will guide services to ensure the individual served is at thecenter of all care and receive these in a manner consistent with individual preferences.
