Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive share growth in the FMCG sector.
  • Build brands with desired equity bench-marking CPG companies
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product development and promotional activities, and product life-cycle management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, design, supply chain and other functions to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product positioning along with product development.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising & content agencies and retailers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the FMCG sector, combination of the large and middle-sized categories marketing experience will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies; track record on turning around the business, or developing business from small scale.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record to take initiative of new ideas, drive multi-functional support and deliver results throughout execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing and developing a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
