Job Description:

This recruitment will be used to fill multiple part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Undergraduate Grader positions for the School of Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering (CBEE) at Oregon State University (OSU). This position assists CBEE faculty with grading homework, studio work, and test papers to a rubric, and may include in-class assistance. Assignment may vary from 3-20 hours per week, depending on the workload and assignment.

Position Duties:

95%: Grading via a grading rubric. 5%: in-class support as needed.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering major Junior or above Successful completion of the course they are supporting with a B+ or higher Overall GPA greater than 3.0/Pre-core GPA greater than 3.2 Comfortable leading sections of a class with 25-30 students each Team player

Working Conditions/Schedule:

• Work may be performed in classrooms, labs, or other office locations.
• Must be able to work between 5 – 20 hours per week.
