CBA - AHTS - IMRL Coordinator - NAS Whiting Field- Milton, FL

Job Overview

Seeking candidates with extensive knowledge of inventory and property control procedures, familiar with the Naval Aviation Maintenance IMRL program, and able to interpret detailed administrative regulations. Must have practical experience with Naval Aviation Supply System and be capable of handling hazardous materials if required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform all tasks related to tool and parts handling, inventory management, and property control.
2. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage property documentation in compliance with government procedures.
3. Coordinate with the CNATRA IMRL Manager and attend bi-annual conferences.
4. Issue, return, and repair tools and equipment, including minor repairs and inspections.
5. Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure safety and security of all equipment and property.
6. Perform data entry, parts runs, and handle documentation related to property and inventory.
7. Adhere to all safety, security, and FOD prevention protocols.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IMRL control procedures or completion of Navy’s Support Equipment Asset Manager course.
• At least 2 years of experience in tool room procedures.

Physical & Work Environment

Work primarily in a shop environment, involving physical movements, lifting up to 50 pounds, and potential exposure to noise, fumes, or electrical hazards. Extended travel may be required for training courses.
