Key Responsibilities:

Browne Trading offers the world's best caviar to our distinctive clientele. Packaging of this caviar is of the utmost importance in the success of our product. You will be trained in the proper packing techniques should you be selected to join our team. You will also receive HACCP training on-site.

Below, we have listed some of the job responsibilities for this position.

• Accurately follow and record all Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, ("HACCP") functions in the Caviar Department • Accurately pull, pack, and prepare for shipping caviar orders • Accurately fill out work orders and lot control sheets • Receive, weigh, label and repackage caviar • Maintain inventory stock and rotate as appropriate • Keep all supply bins containing packing supplies (tins, jars, caps, spoons, labels, and other packing supplies) filled and neat • Daily cleaning and sanitation of floors and mats • Other duties as may be assigned by the Caviar Director or Assistant Director

Desired Experience

• Experience in a detailed work environment with multiple facets and requirements • Familiarity with computer-based inventory control systems • Experience packing caviar in various containers, including vacuum and rubber band and jar sealing

Required Educational Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent • Work experience in a detail inventory control environment • Additional courses or training in relevant computer software, inventory control and HACCP procedures
