Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) invites compassionate caregivers to join our team serving Scottsdale and nearby communities. We provide meaningful, regular shifts and the chance to work one-on-one with seniors in their homes, backed by 16+ years of local service.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Willingness to drive 20+ miles each way to client homes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors in clients' homes in Scottsdale and surrounding communities.
• Provide one-on-one support and companionship in daily activities.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to maintain safety and well-being.

Availability Requirements

We're looking for caregivers who can commit to at least 20 hours per weekand have dependable availability. Flexibility is key to receiving regular shifts.

You must be open to working every other Saturday OR every other Sundayand be available for at least ONEof the following schedules:

• Mornings:7:00 AM-12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week
• Days:7:00 AM-5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week
• Evenings:2:00 PM-1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week
• Overnights:7:00 PM-7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week
• Weekends:At least 8 hours on Saturday AND 8 hours on Sunday

The more availability and flexibility you can offer, the more opportunities we can provide for regular shifts!

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you'll need:
