Job summary

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking a skilled Caulker to join our Tempe, Arizona team.

As a Caulker you will apply caulking to seams and joints, prepare surfaces, select suitable materials, and use hand and power tools. You must meet safety standards, communicate effectively with teammates, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with others are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caulker in residential or commercial settings.
• Familiar with caulking materials and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition for indoor and outdoor work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Demands

While working, the employee will use their hands and arms, stand, walk, and may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They may also occasionally sit, climb, or balance. The job involves lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally moving objects over 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
