Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and related experience.
• CDL license required or must obtain within 60 days.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and coordinate daily tasks.
• Strong knowledge of cattle health, care, and handling procedures.
• Proficient with basic computer use and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities at the feedyard under Cattle Manager guidance.
• Supervise cattle handling crews and schedule staff.
• Make discretionary decisions in the absence of the Cattle Manager.
• Maintain accurate cattle inventories and records of shipments.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
