Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Experience with feed mills preferred.
• Mechanical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Haul product from pit to mill (truck to loader).
• Assist in receiving commodities and determining moisture content.
• Monitor roll corrugation to maintain flake quality and production output.
• Participate in all aspects of the feed milling operation.
• Prepare production records.
• Maintain general housekeeping around the mill.
• Perform or assist in preventative maintenance and repair of mill equipment.
• Comply with ISO/HACCP and OSHA safety procedures.
