Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with livestock care preferred.
• Ability to perform manual labor outdoors.
• Basic animal husbandry knowledge appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Apply medications to cuts and bruises on livestock.
• Assist in maintenance of tools, equipment and facilities.
• Feed and water cattle and provide mineral supplements.
• Move hay, grain and other supplies to feeding areas.
• Check animals for disease or injury and report findings.
• Maintain water troughs and ensure access to fresh water.
• Load/unload trucks and transport supplies as needed.
