Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking workers to assist with cattle care in Kansas under the H-2A program. Duties include feeding, calving support, fence maintenance, and record keeping.

Housing and meals are provided; transportation arrangements and potential weekend/holiday work apply. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain a US driver's license within two weeks of reporting to work.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding farm tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a valid US driver's license within 2 weeks of reporting to work.

Responsibilities

• Care for cattle including feeding, watering, and daily checks.
• Assist during calving and calf care for newborns.
• Maintain fences and manage cattle housing and handling.
• Assist with breeding preparation and cattle record keeping.
