AmeriVet Veterinary Partners' Cats Only Veterinary Hospital in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join a growing team focused on feline care, client education, and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of RVT experience, California license eligibility within 3 months, and thrives in a cat-friendly, collaborative environment with rooming, surgical assisting, dental work, vaccines, and bloodwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
• RVT Certification or eligibility to obtain California license within 3 months of hire.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist in surgeries.
• Assist with dental procedures and routine care.
• Draw blood and perform bloodwork.
• Place IV catheters and monitor patients.
• Position cats for X-rays and other imaging.
• Educate clients on care and treatment plans.
