The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented team player with feline handling, dental, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and bloodwork experience, plus rooming and surgical assisting skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
• California RVT license or eligibility to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience rooming patients, surgical assisting, and dental procedures.
• Knowledge of equipment, catheter placement, blood draws and bloodwork.
• Feline handling and restraint expertise, client education, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and rooming patients.
• Perform dental procedures, IV catheter placement, and blood collections.
• Position and radiograph cats, ensure safe feline handling.
• Educate clients and collaborate with the team for high-quality care.
