Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit development (15 years without a degree).
• Active, practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church.
• Proven track record cultivating major gifts and managing diverse donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a portfolio of major donors, focusing on underserved communities.
• Builds strategic partnerships with corporations to secure gifts, sponsorships, and in-kind support.
• Designs personalized engagement, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to increase retention.
• Serves as a development resource to schools with limited fundraising capacity.
• Collaborates with Grants Manager to pursue grant opportunities aligned with mission.
• Supports diocesan campaigns and initiatives such as Night of Hope and Legacy Giving.
• Visits school sites to assess needs and support on-site fundraising.
