Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of substitute teaching or classroom teaching experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and vehicle insurance required.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment Requirements and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
• Provides instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups.
• Supervises students in cafeteria, hallways, and on and off campus activities.
• Attends to students’ physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
• Performs other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration.
• Uses approved, corrective, and positive discipline procedures.
