Job summary

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools seeks a Principal for Lansdale Catholic to lead academic excellence and uphold Catholic identity across the school community.

The successful candidate will supervise faculty, oversee curriculum and student services, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with archdiocesan guidelines to ensure a safe, faith-centered learning environment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree required; preferably in educational leadership.
• Valid Secondary Pennsylvania Principal’s Certificate desired.
• Five years of successful teaching experience.
• Strong motivational, instructional leadership, time management, collaboration, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and models Catholic identity and Gospel values across the school community.
• Provides visible leadership and pursues continuous school improvement with a student-centric focus.
• Designs and oversees academic program, staffing, materials, and master roster.
• Leads enrollment and advancement initiatives with the President and Board.
• Oversees student services, activities, and co-curricular opportunities; supports student leadership development.
• Directs hiring, supervision, evaluation, and professional development of staff.
