Qualifications

Must be practicing Catholic and sign a Profession of Faith.
Must have a Masters Degree in Educational Administration.
Must be certified by the Arizona State Department of Education as a principal.
Must meet Ministry Formation Certification as required by diocesan policy.
Must have a minimum of five years teaching experience.
Must have FBI Fingerprint clearance completed.

Responsibilities

Function as spiritual leader and instructional leader in collaboration with the pastor or chaplain.
Promote Catholic identity and religious instruction.
Plan, evaluate, and adjust instructional programs to meet standards.
Hire, supervise and evaluate faculty and staff.
Develop master teaching schedule and allocate resources.
