Job summary

St John Francis Regis Catholic School in Kansas City, MO, seeks a full-time, exempt Catholic School Teacher to guide students in spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth within a Christ-centered environment.

The teacher will integrate Catholic values, participate in liturgies, collaborate with staff and families, and support the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. A strong faith and professional teaching credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic preferred or commitment to Catholic education mission.
• Bachelor's degree in Education is required.
• Missouri Teaching Certification (or eligibility) is required, with ability to obtain within three years of employment.
• Minimum of one year of teaching or student teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Model and witness a strong Catholic faith and moral values.
• Incorporate Catholic teachings into curriculum and classroom life.
• Lead students in prayer and participate in liturgies and faith-based activities.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to diocesan and state standards.
