Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience not required.
• Must submit an Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) Application within the first week of employment and complete required training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of classrooms, work rooms, kitchens, hallways, and carpeted areas daily.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms daily and replenishes supplies.
• Removes trash from classrooms, offices, and eating areas daily.
• Performs weekly, monthly, and seasonal cleaning as required.
• Assists with setup and cleanup for meetings and special events.
• Disinfects door handles, telephones, switch plates, and trash receptacles as needed.
• Maintains exterior entrances and walkways.
• Ensures security of issued keys; secures buildings and turns off lights.
• Demonstrates professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits.
• Maintains a work schedule that maximizes availability to the school, students, and staff.
• Collaborates with others to enhance the work environment.
• Performs emergency cleanups and minor repairs as needed.
