Job summary

St. Gabriel the Archangel School is seeking a Resource Teacher starting January 2027 to serve as a liaison among the principal, teachers, and families.

The role includes direct instruction, intervention, and coordinating student intervention plans within a Catholic Classical Liberal Arts framework. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive Catholic learning environment, support students spiritually and academically, and may take on additional duties as assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing Catholic or support Catholic mission.
• Complete diocesan safe environment training.
• One year teaching experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and intervention to support student learning.
• Coordinate with principal and teachers on intervention plans.
• Maintain student records and progress reporting.
• Align lessons with diocesan and state standards.
• Support inclusive Catholic learning environment.
