St. Pius X Catholic School is seeking a full-time EC-5 Elementary Teacher for the 26-27 school year to inspire students in a Christ-centered environment. The teacher reports to the principal and follows Archdiocese and school policies to guide classroom activities and student growth.

The role requires collaboration with staff, adherence to safety protocols, and commitment to faith-based education, while planning lessons and assessing learning in alignment with TEA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required.
• 12 credit hours in education courses or valid state certificate.
• Demonstrated competency in subject area and classroom technology.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission of Catholic education and school policies.
• Model Gospel values and be a positive role model for students.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with TEA and Archdiocese guidelines.
• Assess student learning and adapt instructional methods accordingly.

• Establish open communication with parents and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional growth.
