The ideal candidate will hold Florida Educational Leadership certification, a graduate degree in Educational Leadership, and a track record of faith-driven educational leadership. Evening/weekend commitments and diocesan compliance are required.
Qualifications
- Catholic practicing in full communion with the Church.
- Graduate degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain Florida Educational Leadership Certificate (All Levels).
- Meet Florida Department of Education and accrediting agency requirements for school principals.
- Possess or be willing to obtain Diocesan Ministry Certification (Levels I and II).
Responsibilities
- Promote and support the Catholic mission of the school in all actions, communications, and decisions.
- Lead curriculum development, assessment, and instructional practices aligned with diocesan standards.
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain qualified and mission-aligned faculty and staff.
- Oversee development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and the student code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with diocesan, state, and accrediting agency requirements.
