Job summary

The University of Mary invites applications for a full-time, 11-month Graduate Counseling Faculty position in Phoenix, AZ, within the Photina Center for Catholic Counseling. The role includes in-person and online teaching and advising within the Graduate Counseling Program.

The successful candidate will report to the Chair of the Graduate Counseling Program in the Liffrig Family School of Education and Behavioral Sciences and collaborate remotely with faculty to support planning and CACREP

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology.
Upholds and supports the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.
Supports the ongoing implementation of Ex Corde Ecclesiae, the apostolic constitution on Catholic colleges and universities.
Builds a culture of ready and earnest hospitality in the Liffrig Family School of Education and Behavioral Sciences and throughout the university, in accord with Saint Benedict’s admonition that all be received as Christ

Responsibilities

Teach in-person and online courses within the Graduate Counseling Program.
Provide academic advising to graduate students and coordinate with colleagues in Bismarck and Phoenix.
Support CACREP accreditation alignment and program planning.
Report to the Chair of the Graduate Counseling Program and collaborate with the Liffrig Family School leadership.
