Job summary

Regina Caeli Academy seeks a part-time Elementary Teacher to instruct 4th Grade in a Catholic, classical classroom in Brookfield, CT for the 2026-2027 year. The role is ~14 hours/week with classes Mon and Thu mornings/afternoons. No teaching certification required; background checks and RCA Safe Child training are mandatory.

You will teach within a structured RCA program, using provided curricula. Applicants should be committed to living the Catholic faith daily and willing to prepare lessons at

Qualifications

• No teaching certification required.
• Experience homeschooling or catechism teaching encouraged.
• Background check and RCA Safe Child training required.
• Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church required.
• Hours: Mondays and Thursdays 8:30am–3:15pm.

Responsibilities

• Teach 4th Grade in a classical Catholic classroom.
• Follow curriculum and grading guidelines provided by RCA.
• Prepare lessons at home and teach in a structured environment.
• Attend mandatory training on August 10–12, 2026.
