Job summary

Regina Caeli Academy seeks a Catholic, part-time 5th Grade teacher for a classical Catholic classroom in Sykesville, MD. No teaching certification or formal experience is required; training will be provided. Hours are hourly, Mondays and Thursdays, with prep at home and a highly structured environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Strong communication skills and good organization are required.
• Experience with homeschooling or parish ministry is a plus.
• Fidelity to Catholic faith in daily life is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach 5th grade in a classical Catholic classroom at RCA center.
• Follow RCA curriculum and classroom management guidelines.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and prepare lessons.
• Work hourly with attention to punctuality and structure.
