The role analyzes system data, implements corrosion control methods, and maintains documentation and calibration across multiple applications. Travel up to 60% within the utility service territory is required; candidates should hold a two-year technical degree and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Two years’ experience in utility operations or corrosion control or related technical field.
Working knowledge of gas/utility operations, corrosion control, or electrical systems with strong technical emphasis.
Two-year degree with strong technical emphasis in engineering/science/PM/energy-related field.

Responsibilities

Analyzes system data to maintain engineered corrosion control systems.
Implements approved corrosion control methods per company policy and regulations.
Prepares and maintains documentation, including equipment calibration.
Completes analyses to troubleshoot cathodic protection systems for natural gas distribution and transmission.
Responsible for data integrity across multiple applications via interface design and troubleshooting.
Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Develops and maintains corrosion control systems by analyzing data and recommending solutions.
