Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Cathodic Protection Engineering team in the Houston region. The role oversees technical organization, resource planning, engineering quality, and staff development to support client projects.

You will mentor engineers, provide CP design guidance, and coordinate with operations and business development to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• P.E. license preferred.
• AMPP Cathodic Protection Certification.
• 8+ years of cathodic protection engineering experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience collaborating with operations and business development teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the corrosion engineers team.
• Provide guidance on CP design, materials, surveys, and reporting.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Foster collaboration and resolve personnel matters.
• Coordinate resources to support projects.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure safety policy compliance.
• Serve as technical resource for customers.
• Plan and assign resources and subcontractors.
• Review surveys, designs, and proposals.
• Visit sites for oversight and project execution.
