Required Qualifications

• Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: CLT‐TN (Copy needed)
• Certifications: CERT‐ARRT‐ CI (Copy Needed); BLS‐AHA (Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
