Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants seeks a full-time Cardiovascular Technologist to support physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures. You will operate Cath lab equipment, assist with injections, monitor patients, and ensure safe, high-quality care from pre- to post-procedure.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Cath lab experience, RCIS/RN/RRT/RT or Paramedic licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in a clinical or scientific field and clinical registration/licensure as RCIS, RN, RRT, RT or licensed Paramedic
• Minimum of three years Cath lab experience and current BLS & ACLS Certification
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, dependability and strong interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and operate Cath lab and recovery equipment.
• Follow sterile technique and prepare and supply instruments for Cath Lab and Hybrid OR procedures.
• Maintain inventory for Cath lab operations and re-order as needed.
• Safely transport patients to and from prep areas, Cath Lab and recovery.
• Prepare patients for and monitor during Cath lab procedures.
• Assist physicians in Cath Lab and Hybrid OR procedures, including injections using a manifold system.
• Operate image processing equipment and collect/analyze physiological data.
• Ensure a clean Cath lab and recovery areas and uphold safety regulations.
