Job Summary

The Cardiovascular Invasive Technician - Certified provides support during diagnostic and therapeutic/interventional cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, operating specialized equipment, maintaining sterile techniques, recording data, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Essential Functions

• Assist physicians during cardiovascular procedures, maintaining sterile techniques and adhering to protocols.
• Operate cardiovascular equipment safely, monitor patient status, and adapt as needed.
• Record and verify data during procedures for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain procedural documentation.
• Ensure a safe environment, respond to patient needs, and support patient preparation and comfort.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless workflow and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in cardiovascular or invasive procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and protocols.
• Proficiency with cardiovascular equipment and sterile techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
