Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Certification for BLS required. ACLS may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assists during the performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures to treat heart disease.
• Prepares patients and work area for procedures and ensures instruments are ready.
• Monitors ECG and pressure waves; applies sterile technique and safety practices.
