Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Kenner, Louisiana seeks a cath lab tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) to join a travel-friendly team, assisting physicians and lab personnel with diagnostic tests and operating imaging equipment to capture heart and vessel data.

The role offers full-time pay and benefits with 5x8-hour shifts (07:30–16:00), plus housing, travel and license reimbursement. ARRT certification, 2 years cath lab experience, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• 2 years Cath Lab hospital experience.
• BLS & ACLS certification (AHA preferred).
• State licensing where required.
• Apply for allied health licensure within 72 hours of signing.
• Holiday availability for 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually.
• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 07:30–16:00.
• Emergency team assignments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support emergency coverage during events.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Candidate must apply for allied health licensure within 72 hours of signing
• Holiday availability required for 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 07:30 - 16:00
• Emergency team assignment may be required during emergency events, including staying at the facility until the event passes or serving as part of the relief team
