Job summary

Carilion Clinic is seeking a Cath Lab Tech - CVT RN in Roanoke, VA, to join a high-volume, ACC/ACE-accredited cath lab within a Level 1 Trauma Center. The role covers direct patient care before, during, and after complex interventional procedures.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with critical care experience, Virginia license, and BLS; ACLS within six months. Sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and relocation assistance are available, plus on-call pay and potential quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia is required.
• AHA BLS-HCP certification required and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Prepare patient and advanced equipment for procedures; scrub, circulate, and monitor.
• Monitor EKG and hemodynamics; document case data and medications.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, and postoperative care as part of the team.
