Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is seeking a Cath Lab Technician to join our Cardiac Cath Lab Team. This full-time day position supports physicians and staff, performs direct and indirect cardiovascular care, scrubs, monitors and circulates in invasive procedures, and ensures patient safety throughout procedures. Graduate of Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program with BLS; ACLS within 6 months is required.

6 months Cath Lab experience preferred. ARRT/CVT/RCIS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of formal program in Radiology or Cardiovascular technology or equivalent.
• 6 months in Cath Lab/Cardiac Intervention Lab preferred; ARRT/CVT/RCIS certifications encouraged.
• BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct and indirect functions in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Scrubs, monitors, and circulates in invasive procedures in the Cath lab.
• Assists with inventory control and equipment setup for procedures.
