Job summary

Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab RN to join our cardiovascular care team in Phoenix. You will scrub, monitor, and assist during invasive procedures and participate in training on Structural Heart scrubbing.

The role requires 6 months of Cath Lab experience, an Associate degree in Radiology or equivalent, and BLS with ACLS within 6 months. You will work 06:00–18:30 with after hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 6 months in Cath Lab/Cardiac Intervention Lab.
• Associate degree in Radiology or equivalent; Basic EKG course.
• BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire; ARRT-CRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and growth needs of the patient and documents changes.
• Develops a care plan tailored to the procedure and patient needs.
• Provides teaching to patient/family and staff; manages imaging and priorities.
• Knowledge of IABP setup and pacemaker care during procedures.
