Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tyler, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to join our radiology team delivering high-quality patient care.

You will perform diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures, coordinate with radiologists and nursing staff, and participate in ongoing quality improvement to uphold safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ARRT or RCIS/RCES credential and Texas license.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic, interventional, and/or therapeutic radiology procedures for patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Organizes and documents all aspects of patient care in coordination with radiologists and nursing staff.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to ensure quality aligns with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic, interventional, and/or therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination/treatment by complying with established policies and procedures.
• Organizes and documents all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with radiologists, nursing personnel, and other areas of the department to ensure accurate and timely performance of radiology procedures.
• Participates in performance improvement activities by participating in the collection of data for performance improvement activities to ensure quality is consistent with established standards.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology school
• ARRT or RCIS/RCES.
• Licensed with the Texas department of Health according to regulations
